While I have been building full time for 25 years, my journey into owning a residential construction company began in 2015 with a simple, unwavering vision: to build not just houses, but enduring dream homes, all while setting a new standard for customer service and sustainability. After over a decade in the business, that vision is now the blueprint for my company. I built this company on the belief that a client's imagination is the only limit to what we can achieve.

From the beginning, sustainability has been a guiding principle. I have a deep commitment to using mostly local materials, which not only supports Maine’s economy, but also drastically reduces the environmental impact of our projects. My dedication to energy efficiency is demonstrated by my membership in the Passive House Institute, and the capability to construct homes to rigorous Passive House standards.
However, I recognize that true value lies in practical, cost-effective solutions. We have pioneered methods that achieve nearly the same dramatic energy use results as Passive House, but at a significantly lower premium, typically adding only an extra 1% to 3% to the total cost of building a house. This approach ensures high-performance homes are accessible without compromising quality.
